Storage Library
If ya weigh a lot of different items, this feature is sure to come in handy. The Trooper counting scales have a storage library that will let ya save up to 100 files for your different parts and pieces. Each file stores item description, unit weight and tare weight. That's pretty handy if ya ask me.
Three Bright Backlit Displays
These counting scales have three, backlit displays to help ya see your weight readings, even in dim lighting. The first display will show ya the weight of what ya have on the scale, the second displays the weight of each item, and the third shows the total amount of pieces ya have on the scale.
Tare & Pre-Tare Feature
The tare button on these digital counting scales can be pressed to "zero out" the weight that is on the scale. You can then add more weight and the scale will only display the weights of the items you're adding...this sure is useful. You can also save tare values for future use with frequently used containers, or type in a known tare value.
Overload Protection
This protection system prevents damage to your scale from accidental overload. The CBD scales have a visual indicator that will let ya know when you're about to cause damage to your scale from excessive overload.
Accumulate Mode
This cumulative weighing feature will let ya get the weights and counts of separate weighings, then ya can see the total weight and count of all the items ya just weighed. This is gonna come in real handy for weighing separate batches and total weights for your application.
RS-232 Serial Port
The CBD scales have an RS232 port built right in. This is important if ya want to send your weight readings and other data to an external source like a computer or printer.
Supports Remote Scale Or Platform
Using the RS 232 interface, you can hook these counting scales up to a remote scale or platform for enhanced weighing and counting.
Item Checkweighing
Make sure ya get just the right amount of pieces in your batch with this Adam counting scale. When ya count in this mode, you can set limits for the stuff you're counting. If the amount of pieces on the scale meets or exceeds your set limits this scale will let ya know.
Liquid Level Indicator
This very handy feature will help ya quickly and easily get your scale nice and level. A level scale is important for getting the most accurate weight readings. All ya have to do is twist the feet on the bottom of the scale until the spirit bubble is centered within the level.
Does This Thing Count?
You bet it does! All ya need to do is weigh a sample amount of pieces, so the CBD can know how much each piece weighs, then start counting. You'll be finished in no time.
