"last unit used" memory
Do ya' use the same unit (like ounces, for instance) all the time? Well, most scales display the same unit automatically when ya' turn the scale on. This scale displays the "last unit used", so ya' don't have to change the unit to the one ya' use all the time every time ya' turn the scale on. This thing is smart!
it even has a "tare" feature
This scale has a tare feature that let's the display "zero-set" after ya' put an object on the scale. This MIGHTY TECHNICAL feature let's ya' measure the weight of the stuff inside a container. This scale actually ignores the weight of the container, and displays just the weight of the stuff inside.
easy user calibration
This scale is factory calibrated, but as with all scales, it can and will fall out of calibration with heavy use. The CS 200 can be calibrated using an optional 200 gram calibration weight. I offer this scale with or without the optional calibration weight.
auto shut-off?
If you're using the CS200 with the AC power adapter, it will not automatically shut off. If you're using it with batteries, it will shut off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity.
