9 Different Work Modes
The CX265 has nine different work modes for getting all kinds of different data. Choose from:
Basic Weighing, Counting, Checkweighing, Filling, Percent Weighing, Dynamic Weighing, Density, Formulations, and Statistics.
Once ya select the mode ya want, start weighing!
Bright Backlit Display
This analytical balance has a fancy backlit display to help ya see your weight readings, even in dim lighting. Not only that! This scale's display will tell ya what work mode your using, if the scale is stable or not, the date, the time, which unit your weighing in, the weight on the scale, and the load percent. What more could ya need to know?!
RS-232 Serial Port
The Citizen CX 265 has an RS232 port built right in. This is important if you're wanting to send your weight readings and other data to an external source like a computer or printer.
Protective WindScreen
When you are weighing with high precision scales like this one, even the tiniest breeze can interfere with weight readings. This Citizen scale comes with an attached windscreen to keep out those pesky drafts. And just so ya have easy access to what you're weighing, the top and sides slide right on back.
Dynamic / Animal Weighing
This precision balance has a really cool dynamic weighing feature that will let ya get accurate weights of unstable items, this is especially great for weighing animals!
Stainless Steel Platform
This laboratory scale has a durable stainless steel weighing platform to make cleanup a breeze. Unlike gold or silver, stainless steel doesn't scratch easily and keeps its shine without rusting or tarnishing.
Weighing Hook
Sometimes the thing ya need to weigh just won't fit on the scale's platform. Now that's a problem for most scales, but not the Citizen CX-265. This scale has a weighing hook built right into the bottom. This hook works by pulling on the weighing platform when an item is hanging from it, just like if ya were to put an item on top of the platform. Just uncover the hook, and hang your item from it to weigh.
Easy Calibration
To make sure ya keep getting the best weight readings from your scale, it helps to calibrate it from time to time. This analytical scale has instructions to make calibrating your scale easy. You'll just need to pick up a 200 gram calibration weight to get the job done.
Tare Feature
The tare button on the front of this digital scale can be pressed to "zero out" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of the items you're adding. This sure is useful when ya want to use an expansion tray to weigh your things, or if ya want to get separate weights of multiple items.
Liquid Level Indicator
This very handy feature helps you quickly and easily get your scale nice and level. A level scale is important for getting the most accurate weight readings.
