Two Weight Displays? That's right! My Weigh designed this high capacity precision scale with two, bright, backlit weight displays...one on the front, and one on the back. So, whether ya load the scale from the front or the back, you won't have a problem seeing your weights.
Rechargeable Battery Pack You won't have to worry about searching hi and low for a wall outlet to plug this scale into. The My Weigh iBalance i311 had an internal, rechargeable battery pack with up to 100 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Does This Thing Count? You bet it does! All ya need to do is weigh a sample amount of pieces, so the scale can know how much each piece weighs, then start counting. You'll be finished in no time.
Stainless Steel Platform The i-311 has a durable stainless steel weighing platform to make cleanup a breeze. Unlike gold or silver, stainless steel doesn't scratch easily and keeps its shine without rusting or tarnishing.
Protective Windscreen When you're weighing with high precision scales like this one, even the tiniest breeze can interfere with weight readings. This My Weigh scale comes with a durable, glass windscreen to keep out those pesky drafts. Oh, and don't worry, this scale makes it easy to put your items on, or take them off, the platform. The top and sides slide all the way back.
Easy Calibration To get the most precise weight readings from your scale, you'll want to calibrate it from time to time. This precision balance comes with easy to follow calibration instructions and a 200 gram F2 calibration weight to get the job done.Once you get a stable weight reading, use this feature to "hold" the weight on the display. The weight will stay on the display even if the baby you're weighing is a wiggly one :o) You can even switch through the different modes to see what your babe weighs in each unit.
Tare Feature The tare button on the front of this digital precision scale can be pressed to "zero out" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of the items you're adding. This sure is useful when ya want to use an expansion scoop to weigh your things.
Liquid Level Indicator This very handy feature will help ya quickly and easily get your scale nice and level. It's important to keep your scale nice and level to get the most precise weight readings.
RS-232 Serial Port The My Weigh iBalance 311 has an RS232 port built right in. This is important if you're wanting to send your weight readings and other data to an external source like a computer or printer.
30 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY! If ya have a problem with this scale, just send it to MyWeigh's warranty center in Phoenix, Arizona. They'll fix or replace your scale and send it on its way back to ya within a week of receiving it. You should expect your replacement to arrive in about two to three weeks from the day you send the original off. Keep in mind that sometimes MyWeigh runs out of stock, which can cause a delay in the warranty replacement process.
I shoot long distance (1000 yds) rifle competition and having a set of reliable scales that will weigh out to .00 of 1 OZ is absolutely critical. I recently purchased the iBalance 311 scales and now am able to weigh everything I use in reloading reliably. The scales are moderately easy to use, very reliable in consistency and the price range was acceptable on a retired fixed income budget. Other shooters might want to look at this set of scales more closely. jbReviewed by: John Burtt from Oklahoma on (2/26/2014)
