Accumulate Mode

This cumulative weighing feature will let ya get the weights of separate items, then, you can see the total weight of all the items you just weighed. This is gonna come in real handy for weighing separate items and total weights for packaging and food portioning.

Average Piece Weight

Before ya start counting your pieces, ya need to let the scale know how much each piece weighs. Ohaus made this simple by averaging the weight of the pieces ya put on the scale. Just type in how many pieces ya put on the scale, and the EC will average the weights. The bigger your sample is, the more accurate the scale will be when counting your pieces. The sample amount will even be stored on the scale for future use.

Piece Weight Memory

After ya use the average piece weight feature to determine how much your pieces weigh, you can store the weight in the scale for future use. The EC counting scales have memory for up to ten different stored weights.

Rechargeable Battery Pack

You won't have to worry about searching high and low for a wall outlet to plug this counting scale into. The EC scales have an internal rechargeable battery with up to 80 hours of battery life on a single charge!

Programmable Backlit Display

If ya use this inventory scale on battery power, you can set the backlight to turn off automatically after ya weigh an item, or to not turn on at all. This sure is gonna save ya quite a bit of battery power.

Auto Off Feature

If ya have ever had the batteries in something run out because you forgot to turn it off, you'll realize what a blessing this feature is. When ya use any of the scales in the EC series with battery power, the scale will automatically turn off after a few moments of inactivity.

Tare Feature

The tare button on the front of this digital counting scale can be pressed to "zero out" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of the item you're adding. This sure is useful when ya want to use a separate weighing container or get the weights of separate items.
