Return Policies

If item arrives
DOA (Dead On Arrival), defective, or "not as described":

A 100% refund (including shipping fee) or a replacement will be offered. If you prefer, the item can be exchanged for any item we sell for just the difference in price.
Just call us, and we'll let you know how to return the item to us, AT OUR EXPENSE :o)
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original manufacturer warranty cards, papers, and manufacturer packaging intact.

Please Note:   We must be notified about a DOA or defective item within 10 business days of item's arrival. If you haven't notified us of a defective item within 10 business days of items arrival, you'll need to get your item replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.

Exceptions:   Two of the brands that we carry... Citizen scales, and Seca scales... must be returned to the manufacturer. These two brands can not be returned to us for any reason. If you receive a DOA or defective item from Citizen or Seca, just call us, and we will contact the manufacturer for you so that they can issue a "prepaid return label" to you.

Items returned for any reason OTHER THAN
DOA (Dead On Arrival), defective, or "not as described":
(IE: you decide you don't need it... you ordered the wrong item... etc...)

A 100% refund (minus shipping fee*), or item can be exchanged for any item we sell for just the difference in price. * Please Note: If your purchase included "Free Shipping", our cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. Just call us, and we'll let you know how to return the item to us. Item must be returned at your expense. We do not charge restock fees, as long as returned item is in brand new, unused condition, with all original manufacturer warranty cards, papers, and manufacturer packaging intact.

If you want to return a non-defective item to Citizen or Seca, contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to do so. The manufacturer may require a restocking fee
