The My Weigh MBSC-55, My Weigh Elite, Taylor 7506, My Weigh Elite XXL, My Weigh XL700 and My Weigh XL550

Customers call in pretty often feeling disappointed with the scale they bought from their local store. It's usually inconsistent, inaccurate, flimsy or already broken. If you're in that boat right now take a little time to read through the suggestions here. These scales are our favorites to recommend because we rarely get complaints or returns and more people than you'd expect come back to buy another as a gift. Let's get started. Youngest first!

The My Weigh MBSC55 UltraBaby

The My Weigh MBSC-55 is an awesome scale for babies and young children. It has a weighing cradle that comes right off, so youngins can stand on the platform when they're ready. This pediatric scale will measure up to 55 pounds with half ounce precision and has a detachable display with tare and hold buttons. Now I know we're working on people scales right now, but let's talk versatility for a bit. You may remember that we also featured this model in our last article about pet scales, but you can use it for even more than that. Since the cradle comes off and the capacity is so high, you can use the MBSC to weigh packages, food, camping gear and anything else you can fit on it. Back to the point... this is a really great baby scale.

The My Weigh Elite and Taylor 7506

These next two scales are our most popular digital bathroom scales and come without any fancy bells or whistles. Just step on, read your weight, and get on with your day. First up is the My Weigh Elite. We've been selling this scale for years with great feedback. Heck, even the boss has one in his bathroom. The Elite has a 400 pound capacity with a silver glass platform, and bright backlit display. Weights appear pretty quickly and are consistent, so ya won't have to worry about averaging or anything like that. Same goes for the Taylor 7506. This bathroom scale also has a 400 pound capacity and consistent weighing, but has a totally different look to it. The clear, glass platform is accented with its silver colored base and the display doesn't glow, but is still easy to read. Both are a great buy, so pick the one that looks the best to you.

The My Weigh Elite XXL and X700

Some folks need a bigger platform than the Elite and 7506. Good thing we have a few new models that have a wide base for comfortable weighing. The My Weigh Elite XXL has the same sleek look of the Elite mentioned above, but with a 19.75 by 15.75 inch platform and larger weight display. If ya need to add talking to the mix, the My Weigh XL700 is definitely the way to go. This high capacity talking scale can measure up to 700 pounds and has a 19 by 11.75 inch platform.

The My Weigh XL 550

While we're on the subject of talking scales, if you or someone ya know has a hard time seeing check out the My Weigh XL440 and XL550. Each of these scales will say your weights aloud making them perfect scales for the vision impaired. These two models can also work great for people who don't want a talking scale, but like the look and high capacity they have to offer. The XL weight readings are consistent, the display is easy to read and the talking feature can be switched off if ya don't want everyone to know how much ya weigh.

Hopefully this has helped ya make your decision on which bathroom scale to buy, but if not we're here from Monday through Friday. Give us a call!

Take care,
Shala
