BMI (Body Mass Index) FeatureThis bariatric scale will determine a patients BMI number when you input their height and weight readings. This can help you and your patient see if their weight falls in a healthy weight range, and can help in establishing a healthy diet and exercise plan. Pre-Tare MemoryWhen ya use this fancy pre-tare feature, you can subtract a stored value from the weight on the scale. This can come in real handy if you use a chair or wheel chair to weigh your patients. This eliminates the need to tare the value of the chair each time you weigh, and you can store up to three weights. Adjustable FeetTo get the most accurate weight readings, it's important to use this scale on a level surface. Seca makes it easy to keep this floor scale nice and level by using the adjustable feet on the bottom of the scale. This makes it possible to keep your scale level anywhere ya want to use it. Tare FeatureThe tare button on this obesity scale can be pressed to "zero set" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of what you're adding. This can also be very useful for accurately weighing infants that are being held in their parent's arms. Hold FeatureWith this cool feature you can weigh, press the "hold" key, and step off the scale. After you step off the scale, your weight reading will remain on the display. This feature will let you, (or your patient if you're a doctor or nurse) step off the scale, then, record your weights. Digital Remote DisplayTired of looking down at the floor to read your weights? This Seca medical scale comes with a remote weight display you can easily mount to a wall or even on a table. Auto-Off FeatureIf ya have ever had the batteries in something run out because you forgot to turn it off, you'll realize what a blessing this feature is. When ya use the 674 with battery power, the scale will automatically turn off after a few moments of inactivity. 2 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY!Seca Scales offers a two year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
