Rugged Design, Great For Heavy UseThis heavy duty scale is a perfect addition to any market or butcher's shop. Its stainless steel construction makes sterilization a simple task, and ya won't have a problem reading your weights on this scale's large dial display.
Stainless Steel PlatformThe Flat Top 110 has a durable stainless steel weighing platform to make cleanup a breeze. Unlike gold or silver, stainless steel doesn't scratch easily and keeps its shine without rusting or tarnishing.
Tare KnobThis butcher's scale has a handy little tare knob on the back that let's ya set the scale's dial back to zero after putting something on the scale. This is great for using a separate bowl, or if ya want to get individual weights of different items.
Dual Reading DialDoesn't it get on your nerves when one recipe calls for ingredients in pounds and the next recipe calls for ingredients in kilograms? Well with this food scale, that won't be a problem. The dual reading dial on the Weston 110 displays your weights in both pounds and kilograms simultaneously...you'll never have to worry about switching back and forth between units again.
1 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY!If ya have a problem with this scale within the first year ya own it, just send it in to the Weston warranty center. They'll either fix it or replace it, and have it back to ya real quick.

Great scale. Would have prefer that there was an option for LBs or kg, but not both. Had to remove the cover and with a margin marker cover the kg numbers in Red so that my employees weighing product do not get confuse using the red numbers instead of the black number.
