How to Install a Ferrite Bead

Sometimes high precision scales don't like the environment they're being used in and can fluctuate, or "jump around" due to EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFI (radio-frequency interference). This simple little ferrite bead, or ferrite choke, can make a huge difference in the way your scale acts by reducing interference. All you have to do is wrap and snap this ferrite choke around your power cable and you're good to go. Scroll down for a step by step picture tutorial.
