Dynamic WeighingThese high precision scales have a really cool dynamic weighing feature. This feature allows you to accurately weigh unstable items, or weigh stable items in an unstable environment.
Programmable Backlit DisplayThe Ohaus Rangers have a bright, backlit weight display so ya can see your weights even in dim lighting. If ya use this precision scale on battery power, you can even set the scale to not use the backlight feature. This is gonna save you a lot in battery power.
RS232 PortEach bench scale in this series has an RS232 port built right in. This is important if you're wanting to send your data to a printer for recording weight readings and other data.
Tare FeatureThe tare button on this digital bench scale can be pressed to "zero out" the weight that is on the scale. You can then add more weight and the scale will only display the weights of the items you're adding...this sure is useful.
