I appreciate that this scale keeps its measurement, even after the display backlight turns off. I also like the fact that it uses four AA batteries, commonly available, as opposed to expensive button batteries or a single 9v battery, both of which have low capacity, as found in some other scales. An AC adapter is also provided. Its structure is rugged, having good support for its weighing platform. I checked it for linearity, which is excellent.

We are using 6 of these scales to verify parts kits that we make. They have an excellent settle time. We also selected them because they can be modified for RS232 communication. As the budget allows, they can be integrated into a more automatic system. OWKS has also been terrific. They are easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable and fast.
