I like looks and size for my operation. Different measurements Lbs, Grams,not electrical. Service good.

We have used this scale in our business for at least 20 years. We had purchased several from Old Will Knots many years back. We were thrilled when we went to purchase another to find the website still up and running and the same scale available. The old ones still work perfectly! The product we measure just gets messy after many years use and we could no longer read the measurements....not by any fault of the scale. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I received the scale that I ordered from you this evening, and the plastic (cheap) cover with the black knob on it was broken. I actually think it was broken before it was shipped because the plastic holder for knob in the center is not even in the box. I had to super glue the dial (film) to the plastic cover and attach it to the scale. This product is not worth near the amount of money I paid for it.

We use it to weigh hay for the horses. So we love that we can put the basket on the scale, turn the knob to zero, and start weighing the hay for each horse. Easy and exactly what we need.
