I received the Fair-Rite PCT-2 Ferrite bead in short order. The installation instructions are clear. It was attached to a Satorios scale being used to measure powder.
Prior use would show various taxes between measurements. After installation scale returned to zero each time. It works!

I was having stability issues with my reloading scale so I put this ferrite device on the scale's power cable. It stopped the instability so well, my scale never varies in powder weighing at all anymore. Nifty device!
