Great service and easy to fix the problem

The prong on my adaptor for my OHuas Scout scale broke and needed to be fixed. OldWill got the needed piece to me asap and it was an easy thing to fix. 2 thumbs up for OldWill!

Plug breaks easily & Ohaus plug scam

After contacting the company Phihong, who actaully makes the plug, I wanted to see if I could get the same plug for my Ohaus scale. I ordered the same AC cord model no & plug from Phihong at one fourth the price!! Both the stock plug from Ohaus & Phihong look the same but my new Phihong plug didnt work. What a freaking racket by Ohaus to make more money. Very dissatisfied!
