I purchased this product for my grandson because he was having GI problems and a lot of trouble gaining weight. I wanted my daughter to have a reliable scale that she could use each day to check his progress. As soon as she had this scale she was able to adjust his feeding daily and he began steadily gaining weight. It was expensive but well worth it for helping my grandson's health.
