Doesn’t work. Can’t replace the battery.

Tried to replace the batteries. Bought the right kind of batteries. Followed the five steps to replacing the batteries in the scale. It no longer reads weight. It was only 2 months old when it broke. 1/5 stars would not recommend or buy again.

400 lb. capacity floor scale

Rating:

Put in new battery, gave me my reading, stopped working before my wife could get her reading, changed battery, tried it again, wouldn't come on, tried other items to be weighed like 20 lb dumbbell, no reading, change battery third time, no nothing, won't turn on, won't weigh anything. Called for refund, Thanks for your help.
