Easy To Read Display
This bariatric scale has an easy to read weight indicator with 0.87" weight digits, 0.5" height digits, 0.5" BMI digits and 0.35" ID digits. The 6857DHR will display weight, height, BMI and patient ID simultaneously...no more scrolling through screens! You can even adjust the display's intensity to suit your environment.
Tare & Pre-Tare Feature
The tare button on Detecto 6857DHR can be pressed to "zero set" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of what you're adding. You can also use the numeric keypad to enter known tare weights if ya need to, or store up to 99 popular tare weights.
Energy Saving Programmable Auto-Off & Sleep
If you've ever had the batteries in something run out because you forgot to turn it off, you'll realize what a blessing this feature is. You can set this bariatric scale to automatically turn off after your choice of up to nine minutes of inactivity, or to stay on until ya turn it off yourself. You can also program the 6857DHR to go to sleep if ya want to save power, but don't want the scale to shut all the way down.
Alphanumeric Keypad
This scale for obese people uses the Detecto MV1 MedVue indicator for weighing. This indicator has an alphanumeric keypad for entering patient ids, height and pre-tare weights.
