Zero Adjust Knobs Before you start weighing with the 1119D0 you can make sure it's set to zero by using the zero knobs on the side of the balance. This can help assure you're getting the most accurate weight readings from this beam balance.
Lockable Tare Poise This mechanical balance comes equipped with a tare poise. This will let you set the balance to zero before weighing without the need for additional counter weights and you can lock your tare value in place with the thumb screw on each poise. You can tare up to 2270 grams of weight on the 1119-D0.
