A Professional Scale For Your HomeIf you're looking to buy a high quality digital bathroom scale for your home, look no further. The Taylor 7206 is not only designed to give accurate, dependable results time after time, but to also blend seamlessly with your home decor.
DCR (Daily Caloric Reference)This fancy feature will let ya know how many calories ya need to consume a day to maintain your current weight. This will really help ya decide how much to cut back to start losing that weight.
Memory For Up To 4 UsersWhen ya get this health scale, you'll want to put in all your info like: gender, height, and age. Putting in that information every time ya want to weigh would just be silly, so Taylor designed this scale with user memory to keep that info in the scale until ya get rid of it. And the cool part is, there's enough memory on this health scale for you and three of your friends.
BMI (Body Mass Index) FeatureIf you're really serious about keeping an eye on your health, a BMI scale would be a great investment. This scale has the BMI function to help you determine the weight range that's right for you and your lifestyle.
Step And Weigh FeatureYou won't have to bother bending down to switch this bathroom scale on...just step on. When you're ready to weigh, just hop on the scale, it'll turn on and you'll see your weight reading in no time. Pretty easy, huh?
5 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY!Taylor provides a five year warranty on this digital bathroom scale. So, if ya have a problem with this scale within the first five years ya own it, just send it to the Taylor warranty center. They'll fix it or replace it and send it right back to ya.
PERFORMANCE IS AWESOME!
Good product! - replaces another Taylor scale used for about 15 years with just one repair needed (cracked plastic platform)! It had good battery life (9-V) of about 18 mos. Here's hoping the new item will be just as economical. Too early to tell about this one.
USER'S GUIDE: Both brief and detailed guidance are included and good weight advice too - a BMI (Body Mass Index) table to evaluate your weight-frame status.
FLOORSPACE This scale is a bit larger than expected (I didn't check beforehand) and I was unable to locate one that fit where the other rested. So we rearranged stuff.
PERFORMANCE DETAILS: Not only does it have great RESOLUTION (0.2#) but also great REPEATABILITY (both are necessary for high resolution readings) I observed last nite that my weight fell about 1# after I voided about 1 pint of urine! Just what I expected from a high quality instrument.
Bumping and jostling seem to not affect it - not even requiring a special recalibration cycle.
BELLS AND WHISTLES
The "calorie for weight maintenance" feature is easy to set up and use. I need to lose weight so set my activity level (in the scale programing) lower than actual so as to get a maintenance calorie estimate (from the scale) low enough to result in weight loss.
I understand that as I lose weight the maximum calorie intake estimate will also fall. Then when I reach the target weight I can change the activity level to reflect my actual activity level and the scales will then advise me of the maximum calorie intake in order to maintain my weight and BMI.
