ACAI™ (Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement) This function will improve the accuracy of the unit weight by re-calculating the unit weight with each additional amount of pieces you put on the scale. This is gonna make counting your parts and pieces super accurate and super easy.
Programmable Auto Display Lock You can program this scale to lock the display for your weight readings automatically and then unlock after a certain change in weight. If you don't need the display to hold any weight readings, you can turn this feature off.
Programmable Backlit Display with 0.875 Inch Digits This A&D EK15KL has a fancy backlit LCD to help you see your weight readings, even in dim lighting. You can also program the display light. Choose from always on, off after a set amount of inactivity, or always off to conserve power.
Programmable Energy Saving Auto-OffThis bench scale is designed to turn off after about five minutes of inactivity to save power. If you prefer, you can program it to always stay on until you turn it off yourself instead.
Tare Feature The RE-ZERO button on the EK-15KL can be pressed to "zero out" the weight that is on the platform. You can then add more weight and the scale will only display the weights of the items you're adding...this sure is useful.
RS-232C Interface The EK-15KL has an RS232C communication port built right in for easy communication with printers and computers.
Liquid Level Indicator & Adjustable FeetThis very handy feature helps you quickly and easily get your scale nice and level. All you have to do is adjust the feet on the bottom of the scale until the spirit bubble is centered within the level indicator. A level scale is important for getting the most accurate weight readings.
