We stock all of our scales from Jennings/JScale, My Weigh, Proscale, Salter, Soehnle, Taylor, and Weston, as well as a few of the really hot sellers from other manufacturers. Now, if you've looked around in our website you'll see that we sell hundreds and hundreds of different scales. We stock way more models than our competitors (in fact, the majority of them have never touched a scale, and have all orders dropshipped), but due to the fact that many models cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, it's not possible to stock all models unless you're a bazillionaire (which sure doesn't describe Old Will).
So, the fact is that many of our models, from a wide variety of manufacturers, ship directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. While returns for the models that we stock here are easy peasy to do, some of the manufacturers have stricter return policies. Below you'll find return policies for each brand of scale we carry. If you want to return your item for any reason other than defective or DOA you can send the product back to Seca within the first 30 days, as long as the product is in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and paperwork. When shipping the products back to Seca make sure you get a tracking number, and insure your package if its value is over $100 just in case. You'll need to contact us for an RMA number. This can sometimes take up to two business days to provide, but it is very important you don't skip this step. Without the RMA number your package may be refused by Seca. Once the product has been checked in at Seca's warehouse you will be refunded less original shipping, (the amount it cost us to ship the item if your product included free shipping) and Seca's restock fee.

Seca scan usually ship orders out the same business day your order is placed if it is placed before 2PM Mountain Time and is in stock. Your order may be delayed if your product is out of stock, needs to be built, or requires pre-shipment inspection. If ya need something to ship right away please contact us before ya place your order and we'd be happy to check for you.
