Old Will stocks several hundred scale models here in our big 20,000 square foot warehouse in Thornton, Colorado. We stock all of our scales from Jennings/JScale, My Weigh, and Proscale as well as a few of the really hot sellers from other manufacturers. Now, if you've looked around in our website you'll see that we sell hundreds and hundreds of different scales. We stock way more models than our competitors (in fact, the majority of them have never touched a scale, and have all orders dropshipped), but due to the fact that many models cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, it's not possible to stock all models unless you're a bazillionaire (which sure doesn't describe Old Will).

So, the fact is that many of our models, from a wide variety of manufacturers, ship directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. While returns for the models that we stock here are easy peasy to do, some of the manufacturers have stricter return policies. Below you'll find return policies for each brand of scale we carry. Please make sure to take a look before you make your purchase, so you won't run into any surprises later on. A&D Weighing

Returns (within 30 days from delivery):

All A&D returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused without one. Please contact us to request one before shipping your product.

If your item arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA) or defective A&D will ship a replacement to you by the least expensive shipping method, or provide a full refund, within the first 30 days. Have your order number handy and give us a call, (or chat with us!). We'll be happy to help setup your return. In some instances you may be required to contact A&D's tech support. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.

If you want to return your item for any reason other than defective or DOA you can send the product back to A&D within the first 30 days, as long as the product is in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and paperwork. When shipping the products back to A&D make sure you get a tracking number, and insure your package if its value is over $100 just in case. You'll need to contact us for an RMA number. This can sometimes take up to two business days to provide, but it is very important you don't skip this step. Without the RMA number your package may be refused by A&D. How much does shipping cost?

After you click the big, red "Add To Cart & Calculate Shipping" button on any product page, you'll be taken to your shopping cart. Just enter your zip code in the field labeled "Zip/Postal Code:" and click on the "Calculate Shipping" button. This will bring up all shipping methods and prices for the item(s) in your cart.

What countries does Old Will ship to?

We ship to folks in the good ol' USA... all 50 states and APO/FPO locations (in honor of our hard workin' troops abroad). You may have your order sent to a freight forwarder, however, once it leaves the US we are not responsible for return shipping if the product arrives defective.

Do you ship to guests staying at hotels, resorts, motels, etc...?

We are not able to ship orders to any guests staying at hotels, motels or resorts, however, we are happy to ship orders purchased by hotels, resorts and so on to the business making the purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Products stocked at our Colorado warehouse ship the same day if your payment is received before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on any business day. If we receive your payment after 2:00 p.m., your order will ship out first thing in the morning on the next business day. Some items ship from other locations and may require up to an additional week for processing. Please feel free to contact us if you need your order to arrive by a specific date. We'd be happy to check on lead times for the products you're interested in.
Please also make sure to provide your email address and phone number when you place your order, so if we find out about any possible delays in shipping we can let you know.

How will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?

When you check out, you'll be given the option of using the following shipping methods. Transit times are taken from UPS and USPS websites and begin the day after the package leaves our warehouse. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
