Rubberized Finish Jennings gave this precision scale a rubberized coating for an extra secure grip to help prevent accidental drops.
Does This Thing Count? You bet it does! All you need to do is weigh a sample amount of pieces, so the TB500 can know how much each piece weighs, then start counting. You'll be finished in no time.
Bright Backlit Display The TB-500 has a fancy blue, backlit display to help you see your weight readings, even in dim lighting.
Liquid Level Indicator & Adjustable Feet To get the most accurate weight readings from this precision scale, Jennings designed the TB500 with a liquid level indicator and adjustable feet for adjusting the balance.
Easy Calibration This portable scale comes factory calibrated and ready to use. Just in case you need to calibrate it, the TB500 comes with easy to follow calibration instructions. You'll just need to pick up a 500 gram calibration weight to get the job done.
Removable Stainless Steel Platform The TB500 has a durable stainless steel weighing platform that lifts right off to make cleanup a breeze. Stainless steel is great because it doesn't scratch easily and keeps its shine without rusting or tarnishing.
Tare Feature The tare button on the front of the TB500 precision scale can be pressed to "zero out" the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of the items you're adding. This sure is useful when you want to use a container to weigh your things, or if you want to get separate weights of multiple items.
It Remembers The Last Unit You Used If your application needs weights in the same unit of measurement, (like ounces for instance), it can be a real pain if your scale always turns on ready to weigh in grams. It's a good thing the JScale TB 500 turns on displaying the unit of measurement you were using when you turned it off.
Energy Saving Auto-Off If you have ever had the batteries in something run out because you forgot to turn it off, you'll realize what a blessing this feature is. The TB-500 will automatically turn off after about two minutes of inactivity, saving battery power and money.
