Have been using this scale for many years with great results. We use it to weigh precious metals, predominantly using grams and pennyweight. This unit is actually replacing the same exact model of unit due to the leveling feet having corroded from the previous balance/scale. The previous scale still weighs well so we may use it elsewhere still. Highly recommend this unit. Also, Old Will Knott Scales provided us with exceptional service when they contacted us and told us the balance/scale we had originally ordered (a higher weight capacity) was not rated for the use we required. They saved us a lot of grief by letting us know this before they shipped. So, we would buy this same scale again and we will buy it from Old Will Knott Scales.

This is a great scale. It has all the features I require and more. This is my second one.I am replacing it after years of solid performance due to user error, I dropped a heavy object on it. Shipping and service is second to none.
