Nice scale but it should of come with a dust cover. The cheaper model scale comes with a dust cover

We use this at our market and it's reliable. At one point years ago I accidentally turned it on while it had something on the plate and it stopped being accurate. I called the company and one of their engineers called me back from his cell phone after hours to troubleshoot the scale - turned out to be an easy process.

I have used this scale so far at three farmers markets. It’s done fine. Easy to use. Makes things quicker as you can easily input the price per pound and it figures the total. I now own two of them. The only problem is that if they go out of calibration, around here it costs almost as much to get them worked on as it does to buy a new scale.

I have bought the same type of scales from other vendors and this company has the best prices that I have seen and the scales are easy to use and was exactly what we needed. I will be using this company from now own for my scales as I need them.
