I have purchased this product three times over the last 5 years and love it it’s great for me because of its shirt pocket size. Why 3 in five years? I gave two to friends after using each for about 2 years each and this last one is for me.

Let me say the product is as good as advertised. However, what was most pleasing was the service! I was able to track my order from warehouse to my mailbox. More importantly, when my product arrived slightly damaged, all it took was a phone call, and a replacement was on the wy. Thank you Old Will's! I rate you ten out of ten!

The scale is nice, does it's job, i'm mostly happy with hit. However, there could be a couple good design changes that would make this scale top notch. Poor button feel, the buttons could be too low for tactile feedback and it's a bit delayed unlike the old model. The feet could be spread out further as the scale tips when you press the buttons sometimes.
