Talking scales

I got a scale and the talking was. Muffled and I could not fix it .It and did not work. They sent me another one the same kind and it was no better. So I dumped both the scales as they told me to do and now I am waiting for my full refund .as they promised me . I returned the battery cover to them ( at their request)on August 23rd . Today is September 2nd and no word from them yet. Vivian m. French
