Thank you Old Will Knot Scales for refunding me my money for the Salter 914 scales I purchased with no hassle. You company is stellar in customer service!! Unfortunately, this scale is of poor quality. Look for another brand! If I could only find a decent bathroom scale....how hard can this be? My search continues.....when I find the right scale and they sell it here, I will buy it at this website!
