A nice, little balance that does the job. It's used in our chemistry classroom versus bringing the lab balances from that room. Though the pan is too small for the one lab we do, it works well for the rest and the 400g capacity is useful.

This is a cool scale. Compact accurate and well made!

I had previously had a 100 gram capacity scale, which meant that my small glass prep dishes couldn't be used on it. Having the display to the left of the platform is a trade-off I'm glad to make; it is more easily obscured by what you are weighing, but the scales I have had with the display in the lid have all eventually failed when the flex PC connection broke. So overall, I'm very pleased.

It's pretty accurate, very small, and pocketable. One thing to note is that this model doesn't have silicone bumpers or a non-slip base. This makes it easier to put in your pocket, but also slippery on tables and surfaces. I think this is a fair compromise considering this scale is aiming to be as portable as possible.



I would recommend the Triton T3 400 over this model, however, as my T3 400 has a more accurate sensor and it has nonslip built-in to the case (doubling as shock protectors).
