This adaptor is exactly what I wanted

I searched and searched to find the right scale for our official weigh ins for our pinewood derby cars. I liked this scale as it has a mode where it only displays precision of the ounces to 0.1 (one tenth) of an ounce. This makes check in easier so you don't have to mess with people trying to get their cars to weigh exactly 5.00 ounces with scales that display to a hundreth of an ounce. I bought two of these scales and they were just what we needed.

This is exactly what I've been looking for and it works perfectly. Very accurate and I haven't needed to calibrate it right out of the box. I've used it 3 or 4 times and it didn't need calibration once. The tare feature is invaluable. I have yet to learn about all the other features this scale has but I'm looking forward to it! I highly recommend this scale and this merchant! !

It's only been a few weeks since I've been using this power adaptor, but it adapts & provides power, so I'm not sure if it needs to be anything else. I'll be curious to know how long it lasts.

I purchased this model back in 2003. Before that, I went through scales on a yearly basis. I used it in my bakery and then later at home doing professional baking. I'm still using it, but I liked the scale so much that I bought another to use on the second floor of the house,(for shipping and letters), so I wasn't running up and down the steps. This scale weighs in ounces, pounds, grams, and kilos and goes to 15 #'s instead of an error message over 4 #'s. It's at the top of my recommendation list for the baking classes I teach.
