I bought the Electronic Compact Scale SF-550, it replaced an Ultraship 75 that went bonkers after a 18 months of light use and I spent $15 trying to fix. My scale came with no warranty card and I emailed the vendor and they quickly mailed me a card showing I have 5 year coverage. I have a calibrated weight and checked my SF-550 and it was right on.

I got this for my UltraShip 55 (which I also love) and think it's a great investment. The thing with these scales is that they use C or D batteries, which are expensive and you have to recycle and so on. If they used AA batteries, I might have just used rechargeable and not gotten the adapter. As it is tho, I think this is wonderful - not only will I not have to purchase batteries, but I'll always have power when I need it. For the price, I wouldn't do without this accessory.

When I plug it in it takes a few seconds before the machine will turn on (the old wall plug didn’t do that) but after that it works fine!

This scale is almost identical to the one I used to use. My old scale is $117 at stables. Very satisfied with this product and thrilled with the pricing1

I wasn't sure if this was the correct AC adapter for my older My Weigh scale. I ordered and asked for clarification before it shipped. Customer service called me and then emailed me to ensure it was correct (which it was). It was shipped and has worked like a charm. Thank you.
