I was so impressed with your quick response when I ordered the kitchen scale. It arrived in perfect condition and was used immediately. I got it for our granddaughters Science Fair projects. It weighs in grams and ounces which is perfect for what they are doing. It has been quite accurate! It is easy to use and easy to read as well. Our grandchildren's ages are 6,9, and 11 and they have no problem using it. We have found this scale to be very useful for using in the kitchen as well. Thank you for having quality products. This scale replaced an older model Salter that finally died. BIG improvement over the old one, in every respect. Easy to read, easy to use, retains settings last used (why did it take them years to figure that one out??). I recommend this scale.

Works great, and reliable

My Salter scale arrived in beautiful condition, and works great for weighing my angora rabbit fur. What I was most impressed with, though, was the speedy delivery. I received an email from Old Will Knott Co in just a couple of hours after ordering stating that the scale had been shipped, and it arrived 2 days later!!!! This is a great company, and when I need to upgrade, I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
