This scale is everything I hoped for. It's attractive, gives consistent weights, and so far seems very durable. And I might add the service from Old Will Knott was great!

We purchased 10 of these scales for our home health agency. So far we have had to return 5 of them to Taylor. We are covered under warranty but still have to pay return shipping ($12 each time). The black rubber feet just fall off. There isn't even adhesive residue on most of them. Without the feet the scale doesn't engage because the sensors are under the feet. I wouldn't call this a design flaw, simply poor quality assurance. Other than the hassle of sending away for them to be repaired these appear to meet all of our needs.

I am very happy with my purchase. The display stays lit for a bit after you step off the scale and is easy to read.
