If you have vision problems these scales are not for you. I have macular degeneration and the blue light made it impossible for me to see my weight. Scales appear to be accurate and I loved the design like a spaceship, but I gave them to my daughter who ordered them for me.
If you have vision problems you probably need a white light behind the numbers; blue just did not work for me. ff to Walmart to find a new set of scales that I can read.

I got a Taylor 7405 when I was discharged from the hospital. The scale appears to work but shows ErrE after a few minutes. I would not recommend these scales to anyone who depends on them to monitor a heart problem. Or anybody else for that matter.

Depending on where on the scale you place your feet, the displayed weight will vary by up to 6 pounds. Worthless.

Bought this scale for our Wellness program weight loss. So far it has served us well and we have a few larger guys so had to have one that read around 400 lbs. Love the handle since I have to carry it to different buildings on our premises.

I ordered this item for use in a Correctional Institution and it gets constant use, (and unfortunately abuse). It has so far held up impecably. The display is very easy to read, it's light weight, and very durable. I would recommend this model for any home with children, medical clinic, or institution.

We purchased 10 of these scales for our home health agency. So far we have had to return 5 of them to Taylor. We are covered under warranty but still have to pay return shipping ($12 each time). The black rubber feet just fall off. There isn't even adhesive residue on most of them. Without the feet the scale doesn't engage because the sensors are under the feet. I wouldn't call this a design flaw, simply poor quality assurance. Other than the hassle of sending away for them to be repaired these appear to meet all of our needs.

For about 30 days i thought the scale was really good. Then one day all it would display was Err which is supposed to be that scale weight limit is exceeded. Scale limit 440 lbs me weight is 280lbs.

You get what you pay for.
The first scale I received didn't work. I contacted Old Will Knott they sent out a pre-tested scale promply. The second scale I received works but weighs inconsistantly. For the price of the scale I can't complain to much about the quality. Great service.
